We offer personal training session with fully qualified and very approachable and motivational personal trainers. Our focus is not on the current body image, the latest gym wear or the most recent fads. We focus on your personal wellbeing and achievements. We pride ourselves on our professional yet relaxed approach to your training sessions…after all it is your training, your goals, your hard work. Personal training sessions can be booked for 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins…what ever you require.

If you are nervous or unsure of the gym environment, don’t worry we are happy to come to your home or meet you in a peaceful, non threatening outdoor area.

If you would prefer to train with a friend or even a group of friends we are also able to book the required time, and many clients find this more economical on their pocket.

We are also able to assist with your rehab needs or if you are an up and coming athlete we can assist with your sports specific training.
