This year we have tweaked the health challenge package to offer more flexibility and affordability allowing you to work towards and achieve your 2016 personal health and fitness goals.
Package A: Includes one Personal Training session each week plus two weekly group training sessions of your choice. Includes nutritional advice, health and fitness tips and motivation to keep you on track. Ideally the best results are achieved when committing and working out with a friend.
This package will run within the school term, beginning Monday 1st February and finishing the Friday 18th March. To guarantee your preferred Personal Training session time it is preferable to book early to secure your booking.
Package B: Unlimited group training session for six weeks. Personal Training not included. This package can be started at any time.
Both packages include fitness testing, body measurements recording and the invaluable support, motivation and advice from the highly qualified and professional trainers.
