Circuit Training – 60 minutes.
Consists of a combination of cardio and strength exercises. Suitable for people of
all ages and fitness levels.
Boxing U Fit – 60 minutes
Similar format as circuit classes with boxing components and techniques
U R Strong – 60 minutes
Includes resistance, body weight and weight training.
Yoga – 60 minutes
For the Older generation – 60 minutes
Combination of circuit, weight and resistance training. Worked at a pace suitable
for the older generation. Your never too old to join in, we have clients at 78 who
enjoy all the components of our training sessions.
Kids Circuit – 45 minutes
A mixture of cardio and body weight exercises. We include activities to keep the
Kids engaged and ensure we make exercise fun.
We also offer sessions for clients with Mental Health issues and the indigenous
Community. These sessions closed sessions and are handled confidentially.
